Hello dear pork lovers. Today we have brought you an amazing recipe to make a pork steak. This juicy marinated pork slices combined with the sourness of tamarind and spiciness of pepper is truly fascinating. This recipe is enriched with proteins and vitamins. Moreover, it is super easy to prepare at home. Serve it alongside warm rice or toast. Enjoy this delicious and cozy pork meal with hot rice. This is the recipe.

Ingredients

01) 700g of pork
02) 2 large onions
03) 7 green Chilis
04) Curry leaves
05) 2-3tbsp of crushed Pepper
06) 5 sliced garlic cloves
07) Salt
08) Tamarind
09) 2tablespoons of Coconut oil.

Method –

Step 1

First step of the method is to finely chop the pork.

Step 2

Slice the onions into rings and season with salt, turmeric, and 1/2 tsp. of pepper powder.

Step 3:

Give it around 30 minutes to marinate.

Step 04:

Next, put the marinated pork in a pan and cook it for about 3 minutes over low to medium heat. Add 1.5 cups of water after that. Allow the meat to simmer gently until it is soft. When half of the liquid has evaporated, turn off the cooker.

Step 6:

Divide the meat pieces from the soup.

Step 7:

Place a second pan on the stovetop and heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil before adding the pork.

Cook it until a light brown color develops.

Step 09

The remainder of the sliced onions, green chilies, garlic, and curry leaves are then added. Every so often, stir it.

Step 10

Add the Tamarind and broth last. Add the remaining pepper and let it simmer. Include heated rice with it.
