Are you a chocoholic? craving for chocolates? As a person who loves chocolates, I eat whatever with chocolate. brownies play a major role in my cravings. Brownie is a dessert that originated in America. It is related to chocolate chip cookies. That was invented in1893 in a hotel called Parmer House Hotel in Chicago’s Loop.

We’re going to show you how to make brownies quickly and easily. This way you can get a chocolaty soft and delicious plate of brownies. Let’s get started with the recipe.

Ingredients

01) 200g Dark cooking chocolate (sweet)
02) 115g of salted butter
03) 200g of brown sugar
04) 3 eggs
05) 1tbs of vanilla extract
06) 68g of flour
07) 25g of cocoa powder

Method –

1st Step

Take some dark chocolates and Cut dark chocolate into small pieces.

2nd Step

Then add butter to it. Melt it using the double boiling method.

double boiling method –

You have to take a pot to set on the stove. On top of the pot, place a glass or metal bowl. Toss in the chocolate chunks in the mixing bowl. The heat of the vaporized water absorbs by the bowl and chocolate chips start to melt. Ta-Da your melted chocolate is ready.

3rd Step

Mix it until butter and melted chocolate well cooperate.

4th Step

Set it aside until it reaches room temperature.

5th Step

Take another bowl. Add sugar to the bowl and eggs one by one. you have to mix the sugar-egg mixture after adding each egg until all well combined.

6th Step

After that add melted chocolate mixture to the egg and sugar mixture. Mix it well.

7th Step

Then take another bowl and put flour and cocoa powder and mix them. Add those dry ingredients to the mixture.

8th Step

After all well cooperate add mixture to a 7×7 baking tray.

9th Step

Bake it at 180 Celsius for about 30 minutes.

Note :

cover inside of your baking tray with a foil.
Let it completely cool down before cutting.
Dip your knife in hot water and wipe it before cutting.
