Seems Like it’s summer somewhere! Today we are going to make an amazing chilly dessert that can freshen you up in a hot summer. This is a delicious dessert that can be made by following some easy steps. This is not only a dessert full of flavours but also a dessert full of proteins and nutrition. You can use any natural flavour for this dessert by adding fresh fruits. The fruity flavour and the creamy texture of this dessert will make you go crazy. Let’s make some chilly frozen yoghurt and eat with summer love!
Frozen Yoghurt- watermelon
Ingredients
01) 3 cups of watermelon 🍉(small pieces)
02) 1.5 cup of yoghurt
03) 1/2 cup of whipping cream
04) Sugar/ honey 🍯
Method
Step 01
Freeze the watermelon completely. Freeze the yoghurt too.
Step 02
Then add frozen watermelon, yoghurt and whipping cream. Add sugar if you want.
Step 03
Blend it using a blender.
Step 04
Finally, freeze the mixture until it becomes scoopable.
Note
Here I have added some passion fruit and mango(frozen) to give it a hint of sourness and a better creamy texture.
Mango – Frozen Yoghurt
Ingredients
01) 4 Ripe Mangoes 🥭
02) 1 cup of yoghurt
03) 1/2 cup of whipping cream
Method
Step 01
Peel the mangoes and cut them into slices.
Step 02
Then freeze it. Freeze the yoghurt too.
Step 03
then add frozen mango slices, yoghurt and whipping cream and blend it using a blender.
Step 04
Take the paste out and freeze it until it’s scoopable.
Note
I added some leftover ice cream for it to taste better but it is optional.
