“Hello from the other side” is one of the most famous songs that Adele has sung so far. People immediately identify that it’s Adele as soon as they hear this song. Her deep voice has magical power and captures our souls. And make us real emotional.
But the story of beautiful Adele’s story is not as beautiful as we imagine. She held her first-ever Grammy award in 2009. And she was just 21 years old. And it was for the song ‘Chasing Pavement’. She is one of the individual female artists who earned the Grammy award of ‘Album of the year’.
Where did it begin?
So how did she come through this amazing journey? Let’s start from her birth. She was born on 5th May Nineteen Eighty-Eight. Her parents named her Adele Laurie Blue Adkins. Her birth town was Tottenham London. She started showing her talent in singing when she was just 4 years old. Her mother and she were moving around from place to place. Moving to West Norwood was significant and it leads her to make the song ‘Hometown Glory’.

Most of the time she was playing her guitar and chilling with her friends at Brockwell Park. She obtained a Performing Arts & Technology degree from BRIT School. Then she continued her music profession. It all started to change when her friend uploaded one of her albums to MySpace. This album was one of her class projects.
And then with the popularity, she receives a call from the boss of XL Recordings. And the meetings go successfully. And the next thing Adele knew is signing contracts with XL Recordings. Her first album was “19”. And then she released the Hometown Glory which she wrote when she was young. Life isn’t easy…
Even though she won so many awards, she too has her battles. She does not disclose her private life to society. She has been diagnosed with postpartum depression. She stated that she was so scared when her son was born. But instead of feeling that she might hurt her child, she got obsessed with her little one. She always felt that she does not give enough attention to her child. However, she managed to overcome her condition.
Anyhow she is also struggling with the battle that every working mother is struggling with. She is also having a hard time managing work-life balance.

It makes no difference how well-known you are, how talented you are, or how many awards you have won. We all have our struggles and it varies from person to person.
