First, let’s make the cupcake.
Ingredients for the cupcake
01) 155g of plain flour
02) 7.1g of baking powder
03) 110g of butter
04) 100/120g of sugar
05) 2 eggs
06) 2tsp of vanilla extract
07) 120ml of buttermilk
Method
Step 01
Firstly add butter and sugar to a bowl and mix it using an electric beater until the ingredients are well combined.
Step 02
Then add 2 eggs and vanilla extract to the bowl.
Beat it again until all mixed together.
Step 03
Then, in thirds, add your flour and baking powder.
Also, gradually add buttermilk.
Step 04
Beat it at medium speed until all are well blended.
Step 05
Get your cupcake/muffin tray and put liners in each hole.
Then pour the batter.

Bake it for about 20 mins or until it gets a nice golden brown color in a 180°c preheated oven.
Note
-Don’t overfill the cupcake liners.
-Add buttermilk to get super soft muffins. If you don’t have buttermilk, use buttermilk substitutes.
-1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder Equals 7.1 g baking powder
-Place the cupcakes in the refrigerator once they have reached room temperature.

Ingredients
01) 2 cups of whipping cream
02) 1tbsp of Rose syrup Or 2 drops of Rosewater
03) 2 drops of Rose essence
04) 2 drops of Pink Coloring

Step 01
In a mixing bowl, beat the whipping cream on low speed until it becomes thicker.
Step 02
Then add the remaining ingredients. Beat again until all are combined well.
Note
-Use chilled Whipping cream but not frozen.
-Adjust sweetness according to your taste.
-If you want a sweeter frosting add icing sugar.
