Spicy Shrimp and Vegetable Stir Fry Linguine

Do you love shrimp? Do you love pasta? Then this is the recipe for you. A delicious spicy shrimp vegetable stir-fry linguine that will knock the socks straight off your feet. Easy to make and mouth wateringly delicious.

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 oz. linguini pasta
  • 10 oz. Of raw shrimp, cleaned and detailed
  • 2 tsp of salt
  • 2 tsp of pepper
  • 3 tsp of cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup of yogurt
  • 1 minced green chilli
  • 1 cup of chopped onion
  • 1 cup of chopped beans
  • 1 cup of chopped potatoes
  • 1 cup of chopped carrots
  • 1 cup of chopped cabbage
  • ¼ cup of sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp of canola oil
  • ½ cup of chopped parsley

Directions

  • Boil 3-4 Liters of water as it begins to boil turn down the heat and add the linguini pasta and cook until the pasta softens up, just try a few pieces when it starts to boil to see if its ready should take about 20 mins. After it boils dump it into a bucket of cool water
  • Don’t forget to add lots of salt to the boiling pot you want it to taste like the ocean.
  • Rinse and dry shrimp, add you’re shrimp into a bowl and then add, 2 tsp of salt, pepper and cayenne pepper along with the yogurt and mix well all together.
  • Fry the shrimp in a sauce pan 30 seconds on each side and leave it to the side.
  • Use the same pan you used to cook the shrimp add some oil and add all your chopped vegetables in there, cook for about 7-10 mins till all the vegetables softens.
  • Add your shrimp back in with the vegetables
  • Add your pasta into the same pan and mix well
  • Lastly use ¼ cup of sweet chilli sauce and mix all together one more time
  • Sprinkle the parsley on top
