Do you love shrimp? Do you love pasta? Then this is the recipe for you. A delicious spicy shrimp vegetable stir-fry linguine that will knock the socks straight off your feet. Easy to make and mouth wateringly delicious.

INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz. linguini pasta
- 10 oz. Of raw shrimp, cleaned and detailed
- 2 tsp of salt
- 2 tsp of pepper
- 3 tsp of cayenne pepper
- ½ cup of yogurt
- 1 minced green chilli
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 1 cup of chopped beans
- 1 cup of chopped potatoes
- 1 cup of chopped carrots
- 1 cup of chopped cabbage
- ¼ cup of sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp of canola oil
- ½ cup of chopped parsley
Directions
- Boil 3-4 Liters of water as it begins to boil turn down the heat and add the linguini pasta and cook until the pasta softens up, just try a few pieces when it starts to boil to see if its ready should take about 20 mins. After it boils dump it into a bucket of cool water
- Don’t forget to add lots of salt to the boiling pot you want it to taste like the ocean.
- Rinse and dry shrimp, add you’re shrimp into a bowl and then add, 2 tsp of salt, pepper and cayenne pepper along with the yogurt and mix well all together.
- Fry the shrimp in a sauce pan 30 seconds on each side and leave it to the side.
- Use the same pan you used to cook the shrimp add some oil and add all your chopped vegetables in there, cook for about 7-10 mins till all the vegetables softens.
- Add your shrimp back in with the vegetables
- Add your pasta into the same pan and mix well
- Lastly use ¼ cup of sweet chilli sauce and mix all together one more time
- Sprinkle the parsley on top
