Ingredients:
- 1 cup Japanese panko breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese finely grated
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 green onions
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon of hot sauce of your liking
- 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 white fish fillets
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Directions:
- Pre heat the over at 400 Celsius, and butter the baking dish well all around.
- In a bowl, mix together butter, bread crumbs, green onions, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste, and set aside for later.
- Dry out the fish with a paper towel, removing the excess moisture will help the fish get not mushy when it comes out. Salt and paper the fish generously
- Use the top of the fish into the mixture till it attaches to bread crumb mix, repeat for all 4 pieces. After lay it into the buttered baking dish and put about 3 spoon full of the mixture on top of the fish.
- Throw it in the oven and cook for about 9-12 mins, make sure its bubbly and fully cooked through.
- Remove from oven and either pan fry the crumbed area of the fish or if you have a broiler throw it in there for 2-3 mins. If your pan frying just get it up to a crisp golden brown.
- Remove fish garnish with parsley and serve it immediately.
