Ingredients
01) 330g of all-purpose flour
02) 190 warm milk (not hot)
03) 50g butter (salted )
04) 1.5tsp of yeast
05) 40g of sugar
06) 8 Chicken sausages
07) 10g salt
Method
Step 01
Add milk, salt, sugar, and yeast to an empty clean bowl.
Step 02
Then add butter and flour to the bowl.
Step 03
Then knead the dough for around 8 -10 minutes. (if the dough is more sticky add some flour and if the dough is too dry add some milk until it reaches a better texture)
Step 04
Then let it rest for 45 minutes.
Step 05
Knead your dough again for about 3 minutes.
Step 06
After that divide it into pieces. Take each piece and roll it into a 10-12 inch rope and wrap it around each sausage.
Step 07
Move it to a baking tray and cover it with a kitchen towel.
Step 08
Let it rest for another hour.
Step 09
Then egg wash it and sprinkle some roasted sesame seeds on top.
Step 10
Bake it in a 190C (375F) preheated oven for 20 minutes until it reaches nice Golden Brown.
