Bored on a rainy afternoon? Try out the perfect snack; make it yourself for under 15 mins, very easy very cheesy and very delicious. Recommend eating this with some soup, if you’re not fan of tomato just take it out it will still be very delicious. Don’t be afraid to use more cheese for this cheese sandwich than recommend.

Ingredients
- 2 pieces of bread
- 1 tomato
- 3 pieces of bacon
- 2 tbs of butter
- ½ cup of cheese or about 4 slices of cheese
- 1 minced garlic clove

Step 01
Cut tomato into thin slices

Get your bacon pieces, put it in on a sauce pan and fry it till its golden brown on both sides. (No oil needed; bacon fat will cook the bacon on its own)
Step 03
Get your 2 pieces of bread butter one side on both pieces, in the same pan you cooked the bacon in throw half of your minced garlic and put the butter side down bread in the pan in low heat.
Step 04
As the bread is getting toasted immediately fill the top of the bread with half of the cheese and laydown your bacon pieces on top of that with 2-3 pieces of tomato to cover the bread, throw the rest of your cheese on top and close with the other piece of bread butter side facing up, spread the rest of the minced garlic on top of the bread as the cheese melts which will take about 3 mins, flip the sandwich and press down hard and wait another 3 mins or until golden brown.

Take it off the heat and cut it down the middle you should see the cheese melting very well within the sandwich
