Ingredients
- 1 can of cooked beans
- 2 cups of cooked shredded chicken or beef
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 12 flour tortillas
- Shredded lettuce
- 2 Jalapeno’s minced
- 1 cup of sour cream
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1)
Pre heat your oven at 375 degrees Celsius.
Step 2)
In a large bowl mix all ingredients except shredded lettuce and only 1 cup of cheese.
Step 3)
laydown your tortillas, and on the centre of the tortillas put down the mixed ingredients from step 2.
Step 4)
Roll the tortillas by folding the sides and end over the mixture and roll up (look at picture for help rolling).
Step 5)
Arranged baking dish with grease and starts laying down burritos in to the baking dish to completely covered the dish.
Step 6)
Use rest of the cheese to covered the entire bowl, finally throw it in the oven for 15-20 mins.
Step 7)
Use the shredded lettuce to sprinkle on top after taking out of the oven along with that sprinkle sour cream on top as well
