And they imposed strict rules to follow the required medical safety methods. The country was lockdown for a hundred days at a stretch.

The New Zealand government also implemented a very sophisticated screening process to identify patients with symptoms. Also, they tested all international travellers as soon as they enter the borders. And the government quarantined them for 2 weeks. The government banned all the public and private events.
New Zealand has been able to become a country that conducted the highest rates of the test within a day. The government conducted 8,000 tests per day. And the location of the country is a blessing indeed! The population is very low plus it is an isolated island.
And today New Zealand is a country with zero covid-19 patients and deaths. Still, the government is taking all kinds of required precautions to maintain this status. The government also supports the employees who lost the income and who are at the risk. They conduct spending programs to consult the organizations and the employees.
There’s a lot that other gigantic countries can learn from this small island country. Mainly the proper leadership is the secret behind this achievement.
